If your MathTabla access is managed by a school or district, contact that organization first for student-record or account requests. You can also review the public support page .

School-managed use: When MathTabla is provided through a school, district, teacher, or other educational organization, that organization may control some student data and related requests. If a separate agreement applies between MathTabla and that organization, that agreement may govern how student data is handled for that deployment.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you use MathTabla.

Information you provide directly

  • Account details such as your name, email address, role, and organization or school affiliation.
  • Educational content such as practice responses, assignment activity, authoring drafts, and submitted work.
  • Messages or support requests you choose to send to MathTabla or to your organization through the service.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data such as browser type, device characteristics, pages visited, and approximate network information.
  • Usage, reliability, and diagnostic data such as logs, traces, metrics, error reports, and feature interaction events.
  • Session and storage data used to keep you signed in and preserve in-progress work, including cookies and browser local storage.

Information from third-party sign-in providers

  • If you sign in through a third-party identity provider such as Microsoft or Google, we may receive the profile information that provider is authorized to share with us.
  • If you connect other third-party services, we receive only the data needed to provide the feature you enabled.

  • Local storage may be used to preserve drafts or in-progress activity between page loads.

4. Google API Services Disclosure

If you choose to connect a Google account or another Google-powered feature, MathTabla will access only the information you authorize for the connected experience. We use that information only to provide or improve the requested feature, to authenticate the user, or to maintain the security and reliability of the service.

MathTabla's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not use Google user data to build unrelated user profiles.
  • You can revoke Google account access through your Google account settings.

5. How We Share Information

  • With the school, district, teacher, or organization responsible for your use of MathTabla.
  • With service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or support the service.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
  • When necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information.

When student use is provided through a school or teacher, we expect the school or educational organization to supply the required notices, consents, and authorizations for student participation. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information for unrelated commercial advertising purposes.

10. International Access

MathTabla is operated from the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

MathTabla may link to or integrate with third-party websites, identity providers, or services. Those third parties have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their separate policies.
